About Us

Our Experience:

Owner and Operator Jay Coviello has been in the cleaning and restoration industry for over 25 years.  He began in the Orlando, FL area during his college days cleaning and restoring natural stone flooring for some of the most well known resorts, restaurants and theme parks.  Jay has been through extensive training and certification via the The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification for both carpet and hard surface flooring.  You can be sure the job will be performed by a true professional who cares about his business and reputation.  In his personal life, Jay is a lucky husband to a wonderful lady and dad to 3 awesome children.  He is active in his faith and will be in his 4th year as a little league coach in 2018. (*To not risk losing half his customer base, whether he is a Yankee or Red Sox fan will remain a mystery. LOL )

Our Equipment:

We use a myriad of equipment and chemistry to get the work done.  Over the years, Jay has learned that not one system or type of method "does it all".  Rest assured we have extraction, low moisture and hard surface equipment and chemistry to tackle any job put in front of us.  We have rescued many a carpet that was destined for the dumpster.

Our Company:

We are solid company that is insured, and certified and located in Manchester, CT.  We service the greater Hartford metro area.  We are a family business.  Jay, the owner does the work on the road, "Nonna" Pat Coviello, Jay's mom answers the phone and schedules appointments, "Mommy" (AKA Jay's wife) in-between caring for her rambunctious boys and daughter helps with office duties. Working with Jay on occasion and for large jobs is a fine young man named Dale - who when not working for Bella is in school to become an HVAC tech.

When you hire us, you support a local family who in turn supports local suppliers. The money stays in the local economy and supports the community.  With most franchise companies, not only is profit sent to a faceless corporation hundreds/thousands of miles away...so is the costs associated with doing business.  Most do not allow local purchase of supplies. Even vehicles and equipment are purchased and supplied via corporate. For comparison, Jay's truck is purchased at Monaco Ford. and equipment/supplies from a dealer in Wallingford and East Hartford CT.
